Salvation is Jehovah’s rescue through Christ, received by faith, proved by obedience, and completed by endurance to the end.
How should persons be baptized? Some scholars would argue that it is acceptable to pour or sprinkle water on the head of the person. Yet, we need to consider more than the meaning of the Greek word (βαπτίζω baptizō). We must also consider the example set by Jesus Christ and John the Baptist as well as the early Christians, and how they understood the meaning of baptizō.
Agnosticism is the view or belief that the existence of God, of the divine or the supernatural, is unknown and unknowable.

“And now why do you wait? Rise and be baptized and wash away your sins, calling on his name,’” are the words that came to the apostle Paul when he converted. (Acts 22:16, UASV) Does this show that the sins of Paul were forgiven by being baptized? Did baptism by immersion wash away Paul’s sins? Did Peter in Acts 2:38 declare that baptism was necessary for salvation?

Wouldn’t determinism mean that God is personally responsible for all the tragedies: sickness, pain, suffering, old age, and death?
The Bible defines sin as any deviation from God’s will. All humans are born into sin through Adam, but salvation is found only in Jesus Christ.

Open theism arises out of the freewill theistic tradition of the church, which goes back to the early church fathers.
